Cheryl Hines
Cheryl Ruth Hines was born on September 21 of 1965 in Miami Beach, Florida, to Rosemary (Graham) and James Hines who she grew up in Tallahassee, Florida. She attended West Virginia University, Florida State University and the University of Central Florida. It wasn't until she moved away from Los Angeles to the Groundlings Theater where she studied comedy that she felt truly like she understood the concept of humor. Her first instructor was Lisa Kudrow. She taught her how to play improvise and create comedy sketches. The experience she gained helped prepare her to play Larry David's wife on HBO's Curb Your Enthusiasm (2000). Since dialogue is usually improvised in comedies that deal with situations and she's home. Still, she performs at the Groundlings Theater when she has the chance.
